I first heard of Share Your OPML on the Morning Coffee Notes podcast, and it's been on my GTD list ever since. I did a lot of things from my GTD list this weekend, and this was one of them.
You probably know how to export your OPML from your rss reader, but you can also do it in iTunes, which J G dot com explains how. My shared OPML is here. I've only uploaded my sorted feeds from NetNewsWire, I have a maybe folder as well. I don't currently read any of the maybes, but I might in the future.
The functionality reminds me of LiveJournal's syndication feature, but I don't know if that's because it comes from the same code family.
You can find out who subscribes to feeds you like, who has an OPML file like yours, there's the Top 100 Feeds, Top 25 Podcasts (why isn't this 100?) and of course there's a blog.
To find the link to your shared feeds, view who subscribes to one of your more unique subscriptions and then copy your link when it's displayed.
I wish it had links to people's blogs stored with the User ID, it's not much good finding someone with an OPML like yours, if you can't find a link to their blog.

And this really tickled me, Share Your OPML has 18,446,744,073,709,552,000 subscribers for Artificial Intelligence Review, which could be an excellent prediction of what would be most popular with a real artificial intelligence.
